Where individual product minimums apply this is indicated next to the item, for example votive candles are only sold in sets of 10, and pillars in sets of 3 at wholesale price. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">LEAD TIME</font></B><BR> We have revised our delivery schedule and are now able to turn around wholesale orders within a 7-10 day lead time instead of our previous 14-21 days. During busy periods and in the run up to Christmas however, this may take longer as our products are lovingly handmade to order. Seasonal deadlines will be advertised when/where appropriate. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">CARRIAGE COSTS</font></B><BR> The shopping cart will calculate a 9.95 standard price for delivery, however carriage is actually charged at cost. We make no profit from delivery charges and we will contact you prior to your order being dispatched with the available delivery options including the fastest and the cheapest methods. Payment for delivery will then be taken separately just before dispatch. We do not offer a collection service as our workshop is not set up for customer access, however we will personally deliver orders free of charge within the Sussex area. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">PAYMENT METHODS</font></B><BR> We accept all major debit/credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Switch & Solo. We can also accept cheques (to clear) or payment via Bank Transfer. We do not offer credit terms and ALL orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. Carriage is charged separately as above. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">RETURNS POLICY</font></B><BR> Please note that credit (against next order) rather than replacement is given for all returns or damaged items, and only when the original has been sent back to us to claim through our carrier. Strictly no returns/refunds/credit notes given for custom colour & scent items - This does not affect your statutory rights. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">CANCELLING AN ORDER</font></B><BR> If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours, then email dee@deelights.com as soon as possible to let us know what you need to change/add/alter/remove and we'd be happy to help! However, please be aware that if you are ordering custom colour & scent candles and change your mind after 24 hours, then chances are your order will have been started and we reserve the right to take payment for any custom colour & scent items already made for you. We are always happy to work with you where possible, but consider what else we might be supposed to do with twenty green coloured & lavender scented candles! <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">OUT OF STOCK FRAGRANCES</font></B><BR> Where possible, we indicate out of stock fragrances and make provision for our best selling fragrances by ordering them in bulk, however some times oils can come in and out of stock on a daily basis and often quicker than we can update the website! If you order anything that is currently out of stock, we will get in touch to discuss alternatives, or your order can be dispatched without those items. You will of course only be charged for what you are sent. We do not back-order items. <BR><BR> <B><font face="tahoma,arial" color="#dd2372">RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICES</font></B><BR> Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) - Next to each item on our wholesale website you will find the RRP (recommended retail price) that we suggest for that item.
