Trade terms & delivery info ...
Minimum Order - Our minimum order is £100 before carriage to qualify for trade prices. You will not be able to check out of the shopping cart unless your order reaches £100.
Lead Time - Our usual lead time is approximately 14 days unless you are ordering re-seller packs that we will guarantee to dispatch within 7 days or delivery is free! Everything is handmade to order for each customer and not taken from display stock. HOWEVER, during busy periods, or if you are placing a very large order, you may need to allow longer. We always dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Carriage Charges - As soon as orders are completed, we dispatch overnight via Fastway.
Orders up to £150 - £9.95
Orders £150-£300 - £13.90
Orders over £300 charged £15.80 flat rate carriage.
Returns/Refunds - If an error has been made in your order on our part, we will gladly replace it for you at no additional cost. Refunds must be authorised and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once a return has been authorised, postage to send the item back to us is at your cost. Refunds will be made once the returned items have been received unlit, undamaged and in the original wrapping. In cases where we have made an error, the correct item will be shipped out asap at no extra charge and your costs in sending the incorrect item back will be refunded. Strictly no returns/refunds on custom colour & scent items.
Payment methods - We take all major credit cards as well as cheques (and PayPal by arrangement). Cheque payments must clear before your order can be started. Our preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer - please contact us for bank details. If paying by card, a deposit payment of 20%
Out of stock fragrances - If you order any fragrances that are currently out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. You can either pick different fragrances, or opt for a partial dispatch, meaning we will send everything else that we have and follow the last items on when they are in stock (subject to a second delivery charge). You will only be charged for the items you receive.
Insurance - All orders should be trackable through our couriers, so if your package is "lost en route" (which happens rarely, but can happen!) then we can make a claim for the lost package and replace your order. Orders are not automatically insured against damage to save you money on carriage costs, but we have a great team of staff who take great care in packaging (we should have shares in bubble wrap & styrofoam peanuts!!) and it is exceptionally rare to receive reports of damage.
Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) - Next to each item on our website you will find the RRP (recommended retail price) that we suggest for that item. This is of course just a suggestion and you should adjust your own sales price according to your area
Can I visit your premises/collect my order?
Of course you can! If you'd like to collect personally then simply pop a note in the comments box of the shopping cart and we'll get in touch when your order is ready to arrange a convenient time. We don't always work strict office hours, and can always arrange evening and weekend appointments with no trouble at all.
